How to Report a Loss:
  • Call your Raptor Insurance agent. You can reach our office by phone at 1-817-282-4060, by fax at 1-817-282-0043.
     
  • Provide the required information necessary to complete the Claims Notice Of Loss (e.g. date of loss, description, and any injuries)
     
  • Your agent will notify the claim department of your loss for prompt handling of your claim.
     
  • If you are unable to reach your agent, or you wish to call toll-free, call 1-888-398-3143 between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. eastern time, Monday through Friday. 

    - OR - 
     
  • E-mail your Raptor Insurance agent to initiate a Loss Report.
     
  • Complete the required information on the form and send it to your agent.
     
  • This will start the process. Your agent will contact you for any additional information prior to notifying the claim department of your loss.
