How to Contact Raptor:

  • Call your Raptor Insurance agent. You can reach our office by phone toll free at 888-398-3143,
    or locally at 817-282-4060 between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Central time, Monday through Friday.


  • Provide the required information necessary to complete the Claims Notice Of Loss (e.g. date of loss, description, and any injuries)


  • Your agent will notify the claim department of your loss for prompt handling of your claim.

  • E-mail your Raptor Insurance agent to initiate a Loss Report.


  • Complete the required information on the Loss Report form we will provide you and return to your agent.


  • This will start the process. Your agent will contact you for any additional information prior to notifying the claim department of your loss.
